Special Library Hours for Fall Mini-Break: Sat. 10/8 – Tues. 10/11

Note: this post was updated on 09/29/16 to reflect additional changes to the library’s hours on Sunday 10/9 and Monday 10/10

Bentley University students will be enjoying a short break over the Columbus Day holiday weekend – Saturday, October 8 through Tuesday, October 11.  The library will remain open during this break and the Columbus Day holiday with some exceptions to our normal operating hours. The library’s hours are:

Saturday, October 8
10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Sunday, October 9
1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Monday, October 10
10:00 a.m. – midnight 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Tuesday, October 11
7:30 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
(normal operating hours)

Please note that the Deloitte Café (Einstein’s) and the Help Desk will also have modified hours Saturday through Monday. For complete hours information please view the hours calendar.

Labor Day Weekend Holiday Hours: Sat. 9/3 – Mon. 9/5

Please note the following changes to the library’s hours during the Labor Day holiday weekend. We will have reduced hours on Saturday, September 3 and Sunday, September 4. On Monday, September 5, the library will be closed in observance of Labor Day. We will reopen at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 6.

12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Fall Semester Hours

Welcome back, Falcons! We had a fantastic summer here at the library, but it’s great to have you back on campus. Stop by, call, chat or email us if you have any questions. The library’s regular fall semester hours are:

Sunday
10:00 a.m. – 2:00 a.m.

Monday – Thursday
7:30 a.m. – 2:00 a.m.

Friday
7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Saturday
9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Please note that our hours will change during the Labor Day holiday weekend, Columbus Day/Fall Mini-Break, and Thanksgiving break.

Special Library Hours: August 13th – 28th

The library’s hours change for the period of time after summer session ends and before the start of the fall semester – Saturday, August 13 through Sunday, August 28. During this time, the library is closed nights and weekends. The library will resume regular hours with the start of fall semester classes on Monday, August 29.

The Bentley Library will be closed for the Fourth of July holiday weekend – Saturday, July 2 through Monday, July 4.  Regular summer hours resume at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 5.

Memorial Day Weekend Closing: Saturday, 5/28 – Monday, 5/30

flags-lg In observance of the Memorial Day holiday, the library will be closed Saturday, May 28 through Monday, May 30, 2016.  The library will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 31.

Summer Session Hours: May 23 – August 12

The library’s hours during Summer Sessions I and II are:

Monday – Thursday
8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Friday
8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Saturday
9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Sunday
1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Hours are subject to change on holidays, holiday weekends and when classes are not being held (between sessions). The Deloitte Cafe/Einstein’s has closed for the summer. For more information about the library’s hours please view our online hours calendar.

Please note the library’s special hours for the period of time after finals end and before the start of Summer Session I. Hours will change again when summer session classes begin on Monday, May 23.
