On Display: Best Books of 2011

Best Books of 2011Happy New Year and welcome back! We spent some time over winter break closely examining year-end “best books” lists from a variety of sources (Amazon.com, The New York Times, The Economist and Kirkus Reviews, just to name a few) to bring you our annual Best Books display.

Featuring over 150 fiction and nonfiction titles in both print and audiobook formats, you’ll find prominent bestsellers that were highly publicized, wildly popular and credited on multiple best-of lists. However, this display also features many books that you may not have heard about; books that were critically acclaimed yet didn’t receive as much attention from the mainstream. Curious? Well, then come take a look!

We’re certain that this display contains something for everyone, but if you don’t see anything of interest at first glance, keep checking back.  We are adding to the display daily as new acquisitions arrive and currently checked-out books are returned.
