This first semester of my second year has raised some questions for me. For starters the food. Its the same as last year. They did the "improvement survey" and for about a week or maybe two the food improves. Yeah they listened and are giving us better variety and food. But not quite within a week or so the food selection is back to its original bland repetitious varieties. The thing that got me even more was that when they started acting like they were listening to our requests the surveys had not even been sent out yet for data analysis.
Now on to the CP. In my first year at Evey chance they had to get freshman in trouble they would. They were unforgiving and would really get intense, making it sound like people were going to jail for minor things. It was of course fun to be an onlooker but never the one on the other side. This year they have been extremely nice in comparison and have done anything but get us in trouble. Upon talking to an RA on this subject he mentioned that freshman year the "break us in" so in future run-ins we will cooperate fully.
One more note on Bentley for now. What was with that Halloween dance, finally people come to an event and the school is unprepared. They had to shut down the dace over an hour early and close Harry's corner. Another note on the dance, they make this big deal about the bar and drinking but Only if your 21, what about role-models, setting examples, Bentley personnel wonder why minors drink on weekends, could any part of it be they hold events where drinking is I dare say encouraged.

Hey Chris,
I was here the whole summer and I can also see that the dinning services department has done very little to change the quality of the food. It is pretty much the same and it is getting annoying. Another thing which I am frustrated about is the conveyor belt, which takes the dirty dishes into the dishwasher. It has been broken for over a week now and we users have to stack our trays on top of others, inorder for them to be sent to the back. They also have put out plastic eating utensils for use. I hate them. I don't mean to be rude, but we pay forty thousand dollars to come here, I expect to eat on silverware!

Jeff,
You may not be aware, but the dinning hall loses over $80,000 in stolen cups, plates, and silverware. So I guess this is their way to make up for it. Otherwise, there may be other factors that we do not know about.
